A Chartered Geologist (Geological Society of London) and Certified Petroleum Geologist (AAPG) with 27 years of experience in Oil and Gas Sector. He has worked in oil and gas fields spread over 33 different countries globally across several petroliferous basin. He has expertise in Reservoir Geology and Geological Modelling of Complex Carbonates and Clastic Depositional environment. He has successfully constructed, reviewed and assisted in history match of more than 64 geological models. He has also expertise in Reserves and Resource Audits, Field Unitization, Due diligence, Integrated Field Studies, Field Development Studies, Geological and Geophysical Data Interpretation and Integration, Seismic to Simulation Workflows and Uncertainty Analysis. He also had expert knowledge of application and algorithm design for geological modelling and has worked for major International Oil Field Service Provider Halliburton, Schlumberger, Fugro-Jason, Baker Hughes and Gaffney-Cline and Associate. His key roles include Senior Advisor - Geology, Global Geology Manager, Domain Champion -Geological Modelling. He is also a scrutineer for Chartered Geologists for Geological Society of London.

Charles Evans
Advisor - Reservoir Engineering

Charles has over 25 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, and is an experienced Reservoir Engineer. He has held several Subsurface Lead roles in recent years.  In addition he worked as Chief Reservoir Engineer for Premier Oil. During his professional career he has gained experience of working in a wide range of E&P companies, of which ten years were spent in Shell E&P. He has a wide range of experiences from well site Petroleum Engineer, preparing and executing Field Development Plans to implementing IOR techniques on mature assets.  He has worked in various countries, including UK, Norway, Tunisia, Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Kuwait, Malaysia and the Netherlands.

At the end of his career in Shell worked as Reservoir Engineering Advisor in their Learning Centre in the Hague.

supervising stimulation and completions in West Africa, East and West Texas USA, Algeria, Oman, Saudi Arabia, India, Russia, Kazakhstan, and in the USA Rockies. Practical and

knowledgeable management style to well testing, sand control, down-hole tools, acidizing, fracturing, frac water management - including produced water recycling, expandable casing, cementing, coiled tubing, completions, workovers, nitrogen, CO2, water control (conformance / EOR), well construction and well repair. Managed and supervised many

aspects of well completions and workovers including feasibility studies, detailed well planning, production optimization, well stimulation and financial accountability. Most experience is land based, with offshore experience in West Africa, the North Sea, and India.

Greg Blower
Advisor - Operations 

Greg Blower has 16 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, in both the UK and overseas.  Greg started his career with Baker Atlas in the Middle East in 2000, as an open hole wireline Engineer.  Here, Greg learnt OH logging tools, data acquisition and also developed an understanding of formation analysis.  He has two M.Sc. degrees, one in Energy (2008) and a second in Petroleum Engineering (2019). Greg also worked as Wireline Service Coordinator for Halliburton Wireline in the UK sector, developing his experience of upstream Oil & Gas Operations in this entry level management position.  Greg also has experience working in Marine Renewables. 

Currently (2014-present) Greg is working as a Wireline Operations Consultant, as an associate to Gaia Earth Group.  Greg is vastly experienced in all aspects of wireline, deployment, various service providers, data acquisition and data analysis.   With detailed knowledge of logging tools and service providers Greg is an expert in planning and promoting the successful execution of wireline operations. Greg is Aberdeen Formation Evaluation Society President (www.afes.org.uk), involved with Devex (Executive Committee Member), and also a member of PESGB. Greg is also well versed with reservoir simulation and petrophysics. In his spare time Greg volunteers for the National Trust Scotland and has developed a niche in the construction/repair of their stock fences.
